The problem was that I made the data and asked "I made this. Please attend" but there was something that the farmers didn‘t come and didn‘t know. Even so I couldn‘t let it go. After creating the manual for the first time and thinking about how it could be used in the actual field I chose two policies. First the staff personally visits the farm to let me know that there is such a thing and then makes me attend the entire training. So this year I am visiting all the farms one by one delivering the news of the manual production and showing the video through CDs. It is not only done at the racetrack or simply to inform them but also visited and demonstrated farms that are the size of the East and West regions in person. It is showing the actual training.
